Table Rock Hike -

Easy with amazing views is at the heart of the Table Rock hike. You'll make your way over a small hill and down to a small, flat valley. Next, you'll cross a stream and head on up to Table Rock, which provides innumerable photo-ops of stunningly beautiful Calistoga Valley. Birders will want to bring their binoculars as a peregrine falcon resides in the rocks below. While at the top, you'll also encounter several small-sized hills and flowing streams. Oat Hill Mine Trail Hike -

Enjoy amazing views of the Palisade Mountains and the Calistoga Valley along the Oat Hill Mine Trail. As well as being gently on the eyes, this hike is gently on the knees as the grade is not very steep. The trail goes up and then returns back to the same trailhead, providing a myriad of hiking options, such as turning around and returning if you're tired. Mt. St. Helena Summit Hike -

The first mile of this five-mile hike (one-way) is along a narrow trail while the remainder is on a dirt road that's exposed. The scenery is beautiful and you'll be treated to views of the Calistoga and Napa Valleys and, when the skies are clear, the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Mt. Tamalpais, and Mt. Diablo. This is a strenuous hike so make sure you're up for it. In addition, you can bike on the dirt road portion of the trail, which hooks up with Highway 29 one-half mile past the trailhead. Full Palisades Hike -

This hike is long but quite stimulating and encompasses the Table Rock hike, the Oat Hill Mine Trail hike, and the Mt. St. Helena Summit hike. Phenomenal views of the Palisade Mountains await you along with the ruins of an old mining camp. Since there's a lot of elevation, the trail is less strenuous when you're going downhill.
